Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email address, company, selected service, message, and submission time. Website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and error logs. The application uses a hashed request identifier and request counts to limit abuse.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to review your request, respond, and discuss potential projects. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting, security, and usage limits. Do not submit passwords, private customer records, or sensitive personal information.

Demo data and AI processing

The retail dataset is fictional and synthetic. Data-query mode uses database queries and predefined summaries without a language model. When live AI mode is available and selected, your question and relevant synthetic query results are sent to OpenAI for processing. Please use the demo with business examples rather than personal or confidential information.

Service providers

The website uses hosted infrastructure supplied through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. OpenAI processes requests made in live AI mode. When inquiry email notifications are enabled, inquiry details are sent through Resend to our business inbox. A separate notification service may also process inquiry details if configured. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising.

Storage and your requests

Inquiry details are stored in the website’s database for inquiry handling and follow-up. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing support@orcavoxlabs.com. Include the email address associated with your inquiry; we may need to verify the request. Hosting logs and provider records may have separate retention periods.

Cookies and tracking

The application does not install advertising or marketing trackers. The hosting platform may use cookies or other technical mechanisms for access, security, and website operation.
